The challenge
The gap between first contact and follow-up was slowing the sales process and creating avoidable inconsistency. Teams needed a way to respond quickly and appropriately without forcing staff into repetitive manual messaging every time a lead came in.
The work
ByteByBit delivered an LLM-based automation flow that generated and sent follow-up messages as soon as a customer made contact. The design focused on practical speed and workflow fit, making the automation useful to the sales process rather than a novelty layer bolted on top.
The implementation combined Hono, Redis, WhatsApp integration, and ClickSend to coordinate message generation, dispatch, and delivery across the channels involved in the follow-up path.
The result
The business gained a much quicker first-response capability and a more consistent follow-up process, improving sales efficiency without needing to add the same amount of extra human handling behind the scenes.
